Terms of service
Using any VenusPay service means you have read, understood and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using our services.

Scope of services
VenusPay Limited provides credit card, e-wallet and FPS acquiring to merchants with a valid Hong Kong Business Registration, together with terminals, a merchant portal, APIs and technical support.
Merchant obligations
Merchants must provide true and accurate registration data; comply with the law, card-scheme rules (Visa/Mastercard/UnionPay/Amex/JCP), HKMA guidance and anti-money-laundering ordinances; and must not operate in prohibited industries.
Fees and settlement
Fees are as set out in the Merchant Services Agreement. Rate changes require 30 days’ notice by email. Merchants may terminate in writing during the notice period.
Data security
VenusPay complies with PCI-DSS Level 1. Merchants must safeguard terminals, portal passwords and API keys, and are responsible for unauthorised use.
Refunds and disputes
Merchants handle refunds and disputes themselves. Chargebacks are deducted from the next settlement and may incur an administration fee. High-risk merchants may be required to hold a reserve.
Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice. Immediate suspension or termination applies where: (a) information is false; (b) there is fraud or money laundering; (c) card-scheme rules are breached; (d) there are no transactions for six consecutive months.
Limitation of liability
VenusPay’s liability is capped at actual service fees in the past 12 months. VenusPay is not liable for third-party system failures.
Intellectual property
VenusPay trademarks, software, APIs, the merchant portal and documentation belong to the company. Copying, reverse engineering or sublicensing is not permitted.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Hong Kong law. Disputes are submitted to HKIAC arbitration in Hong Kong, in Chinese or English.
