Can I accept payments as soon as I sign up?
You get account access and API documentation immediately. Accepting live payments requires completed verification.
How does pricing work?
There is no monthly fee and no setup fee. FPS 1%, cards at 1.5%, wallets at 1.2%. Final rates are subject to underwriting. If you hold a lower written quote, the lowest-rate guarantee applies.
When do I get my money?
Settlement is T+1 to the bank account you nominate, once you are live.
Who picks up after hours?
Mon–Sat 9:00–19:00. We typically reply within 1 working day.
